How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Go to Account Settings → Manage Subscription, or email us. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.

My photos were rejected. What should I do?

Retake photos in natural daylight, facing a window, with hair pulled back. Avoid filters, sunglasses, or heavy shadows. Both front and side profile are required.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Email support@beautyblueprintapp.com with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We process all requests within 30 days.

My report looks wrong. Can I re-run it?

Premium subscribers can re-run their analysis at any time from the dashboard. Free users can run one analysis. Upgrade to re-run for updated results.
