Refund Policy

Aura Premium — Monthly Subscription

Cancellation: You may cancel your Aura Premium subscription at any time from your Account Settings or via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of your paid period.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Premium subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at support@beautyblueprintapp.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. Partial-month refunds are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

Deep Beauty Blueprint — One-Time Purchase

Refunds: Because the Deep Beauty Blueprint is a digital report generated specifically for you, all sales are final once your report has been generated and delivered.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your report, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@beautyblueprintapp.com and we will work to resolve the issue or, at our discretion, offer a full refund.

Technical Issues & Failed Analyses

If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end (not due to poor image quality), we will either re-generate the report at no charge or provide a full refund. Please contact support@beautyblueprintapp.com with your account email and a description of the issue.

Photo Quality Issues

Our AI requires adequate photo quality for accurate analysis. If your report is generated with a "reduced accuracy" notice due to photo quality, this is not grounds for a refund as the report was still generated. We recommend following our photo guide and re-running analysis with better photos if needed (included with Premium).

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@beautyblueprintapp.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • The product you purchased (Premium / Deep Blueprint)
  • The reason for your refund request

We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
